Follow these steps and give it a quick try.
1. Set a timer for 25 minutes and set small goals for those 25 minutes.
2. Check mark your goals as you go.
3. Then, let the timer ring and take a 5-minute break. Use those 5 minutes to check your phone briefly, wash your face or grab a snack.
4. Once the timer rings again, repeat until all your work is done.
